Wicked and Jurassic World Rebirth actor Jonathan Bailey named People’s Sexiest Man Alive
Jonathan Bailey has been named People’s Sexiest Man Alive, replacing controversial award winner John Krasinski.
The 37-year-old British actor is having a great year, having recently starred opposite Scarlett Johansson in Jurassic World Rebirth and the highly anticipated sequel Wicked: For Good later this year.
The news will be announced Monday night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, but Page Six He claims to have revealed the news early.
Bailey is probably best known for his role as Prince Fiyero on Wicked, as he plays the love interest for Ariana Grande’s character Glinda and has an interesting, possibly romantic dynamic with Cynthia Erivo’s Elphaba.
The openly gay star set tongues wagging earlier this year when he shared multiple kisses with his Jurassic World Rebirth co-star Johansson, 40.

The 37-year-old British actor is probably best known for his role as Prince Fiyero in Wicked.
Jonathan’s television and film career began long before his work on streaming series.
He first appeared on the big screen in 1997, when he was only nine years old, appearing in the British television series Bramwell.
He continued to take small roles in various procedurals, including The Bill and Lewis.
Jonathan starred opposite David Tennant and Olivia Colman in the British crime drama Broadchurch, which ran for three series on ITV between 2013 and 2017.
He also appeared heavily in the mockumentary sitcom W1A and the Phoebe Waller-Bridge-created comedy Crashing between 2014 and 2017.
Jonathan appeared on the big screen in the 2007 comedy film St Trinian’s.
He was a part of the cast of the films Permanent Vacation and Elizabeth: The Golden Age, which were released in the same year.
Jonathan is the winner of the Laurence Olivier Award and the Critics’ Choice Television Award.
