Wildly popular market opens its second Florida outlet in West Palm

Just in time for holiday shopping, dining and cooking, the long-awaited Eataly Italian Market has opened in the heart of the city. West Palm Beachat CityPlace. The doors of the building that was once the Harriet Himmel Theater opened to the public on Friday, December 5. The 23,000-square-foot Eataly has two restaurants, several quick-service counters and a retail section. For those hoping for a little more action, there’s also a cooking school and a performance stage for shows; This is a first for Eataly in North America.

West Palm Beach marks Eataly’s second location in South Florida, following the summer opening of the Eataly market in Aventura. The Italian food company was founded in Turin, Italy, in 2007 and is now headquartered in Italy and New York City with more than 40 locations worldwide. In the US, these places include New York City, Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
