Wimbledon’s £200m expansion plans get the green light: World-famous tennis site to almost TRIPLE in size as the All England Club wins High Court battle with locals

Wimbledon expansion plans are planning to rise to almost three times the size of the tennis area.

Plans will see that All England Club built 39 new lawn courts on the land purchased from the Wimbledon Park Golf Club in 2018.

The campaigns from Save Wimbledon Park (SWP) took the issue to the Supreme Court after planning the club’s growth.
