Woman, 25, dies after collision with Halawa red-light runner

Honolulu police said that a 25 -year -old woman died after a collision in the Halewa area late this morning.
The accident occurred at 10:57 where Kahuapaani Street and Mananai Place intersected, and this year, the 41st traffic in Oahu points to death. Last year he was also 16 years old.
According to the vehicle murder department of the Traffic Department of the Honolulu Police Department, a 40 -year -old man ran to a north of a 34 -year -old male passenger on Kahuapaani Street and made a left turn to Mananai Place.
During the return, the vehicle was expanded by a car to the south on the Kahuapaani Street, which was driven by a 22 -year -old woman. A 25 -year -old female car was a passenger in her car.
The 25 -year -old woman was later taken to a hospital in a critical state where she died. The 22 -year -old driver was hospitalized in good condition.
The 40 -year -old male driver of the return vehicle was taken to a regional hospital in a good condition, while the passenger rejected treatment at the scene.
Police said the speed did not seem like a factor in the accident. It is not yet known whether drugs or alcohol is included.
