Woman admits manslaughter of daughter, two, who was found in Hampshire pond | UK news

A woman was found guilty of her two -year -old daughter, who died after she was in a pond.

Alice Mackey from Oakhanger in Hampshire, defended at Winchester Crown Court in connection with the death of Annabel Mackey, who disappeared from her home in Kingsley last year last year.

The girl was found on Kingsley Pond soon and was taken to hospital in serious condition. He died in the following afternoon.

The defendant made an objection that was not guilty of the accusation of a murder accusation that the court’s reports were unacceptable for prosecution, as the reports of the two psychiatrists have a declining responsibility at the time of the incident.

Judge Parker KC postponed the conviction on 6 October and detained the 42 -year -old Mackey until then.

After Annabel’s death, his father said: “Annabel was a beautiful, positive and very happy little girl. He had an incredibly pure and kind nature. He loved his time, dogs and Dolly. Song singing songs and nursery rhymes and a very sweet female.

“Annabel liked to laugh, brought a lot of happiness to our lives. He was loved by his family and friends. Thank you to everyone who had a positive effect on his life. Please remember him and look at others.

“The world needs more people like Annabel to spread positivity and kindness.”
