Woman Sentenced After Blaming Her High Heels For Fatal Car Crash
A speeding Porsche jumped the curb, hit a young man on a first date, and then crashed into a lamppost. Driver Kristina Chambers claimed that her high-heeled shoes got stuck in the pedals and therefore she could not control the vehicle. Inside Edition producer Lauren Lavelle tried it, and it was definitely challenging. Chambers was found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to 11 years and 14 days in prison.
