Woman shot dead by boyfriend in Noida

A woman was shot dead by her boyfriend following an argument between them in a village near Noida, police said.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone II) Shakti Mohan Awasthi said Sonu (25), a resident of Yakubpur village, was in a relationship with a young man named Krishna. On Friday night, November 28, 2025, they had an argument and Krishna shot Sonu. It was stated that the woman died at the scene.

The police sent the body for autopsy. Accused Krishna is absconding and four police teams have been deployed to search for him.
