Worker dies in machinery accident at Port of Brisbane

A man has died after a bulldozer overturned at a cement site at the Port of Brisbane.
Helicopter footage shows a bulldozer appearing to collide with another large machine on Friday morning, with the bulldozer’s rear end supported by a jack.
Paramedics were called to the scene on Bulk Terminals Drive at around 6.20am after reports that a worker was seriously injured in an accident involving a bulldozer.
A QFD spokesman said the Queensland Fire Service received a request asking paramedics to stabilize a rolling bulldozer and firefighters also attended the scene.
The incident is Sunstate Cement Ltd. It occurred at a large facility operated by.
Huge piles of white and gray material behind the electric door blocked the view of the crime scene. The strong chemical smell hanging in the air was emanating from a bitumen producer on the road.
The sign next to the door read, “You are entering the zero-harm area.”
At 9.40am, two police cars were seen leaving the scene.
Despite the accident, large trucks continued to pass through the gate.
A report will be prepared to inform the coroner about Occupational Safety.
