‘Would love to see you Jeff… bring your harem!’ Sir Richard Branson’s chummy note to Epstein… as Elon Musk asks about ‘wildest party’

Sir Richard Branson told convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein to ‘bring his harem’ when they next meet.

In an email sent in September 2013 – following the disgraced Epstein’s trip to the Virgin businessman’s private island – Sir Richard also offered advice on how the convicted child sex offender could improve his image.

The emails were among 3 million Epstein File documents released by the U.S. Department of Justice on Friday.

In an email dated 11 September 2013, Sir Richard wrote: ‘Dear Jeffrey, it was really nice to see you yesterday. Kids at water sports can’t stop talking about it! I’d love to see you whenever you’re in the area. Just bring your harem!’

Earlier emails from Epstein’s office about the visit revealed that he would be visiting with three male business partners and ‘two Russian girls’.

Sir Richard has vehemently denied wrongdoing and last night released a statement saying he and his late wife Joan had cut off all contact with Epstein after learning of his ‘disgusting’ crimes.

But in a 2013 email exchange, the entrepreneur appears to have given her advice on improving her image after Epstein admitted in 2008 to producing an underage child for prostitution.

Sir Richard wrote that if Microsoft founder Bill Gates vouched for him, it would help with Epstein’s rehabilitation.

Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, also sent an e-mail to Epstein in November 2012 and asked the following question: 'On which day/night will the craziest party on your island be?'

On Friday, billionaire Gates was forced to harshly deny claims in newly released documents that Epstein contracted a sexually transmitted disease from ‘Russian girls’ and that he asked Epstein to obtain antibiotics for him.

Sir Richard wrote to Epstein: ‘I suppose if Bill Gates wanted to say that you were an excellent advisor to him, that you made the mistake of sleeping with a 17-and-a-half-year-old woman many years ago and were punished for it, that you very much learned your lesson and have done nothing against the law since, and that yes, as a single man you have a penchant for women. But there’s nothing wrong with that.”

When arranging the Necker visit, Epstein’s assistant asked if he could bring one of Bill Gates’ associates, Boris Nikolic. Branson responded: ‘No problem. How many people? Can we have all the names please?’

Assistant says Epstein will arrive with several people and “two Russian girls”[s]’ – both names edited. He adds that ‘they don’t have a UK visa’.

A spokesman for Sir Richard said he sought PR advice as part of an email conversation after claiming to be an advisor to Epstein’s Bill Gates.

Sir Richard is not the only high-profile name involved in the latest scandal surrounding the Epstein Files.

Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, sent an email to Epstein in November 2012 asking: ‘What day/night will the craziest party on your island be?’

He said he would also bring his wife, British actress Talulah Riley, who starred in St Trinian’s films at the time. Tesla boss Musk insisted he never visited Little St James, Epstein’s Caribbean hideaway nicknamed ‘Paedo Island’.

But the following year Musk wrote to Epstein again, asking: ‘I will be in the BVI/St Bart region over the holidays. Is there a good time to visit?’ Epstein responded immediately: ‘Any day, 1 to 8, play it by ear if you want. There’s always room for you.’

In an email exchange revealed in the files, Sir Richard asked Epstein about the next time they met.

When Musk replies ‘OK’, Epstein replies: ‘I’ll come and get you.’ Musk later left the trip, saying: ‘Bad news. Unfortunately my schedule will keep me in New York. I was really looking forward to finally spending some time together with only fun on the agenda, so I was very disappointed. I hope we can plan another time in the near future.’

In the new documents, the name of Labor Party ambassador Peter Mandelson, who was dismissed as Britain’s ambassador to Washington last year due to his close friendship with a pedophile, is mentioned once again. They revealed that Epstein paid £10,000 to send Mandelson’s Brazilian husband, Reinaldo Avila da Silva, to osteopathy school in 2009.

Da Silva asked Epstein to pay the course fee and said: ‘I sent you a few emails last week about my osteo course costs. [sic] fee, anatomical models, laptop if you can help me with this. I hope you got them.’

Epstein responded: ‘I will transfer your loan amount immediately.’

Mandelson apologized last night, saying: ‘I was wrong to believe and continue my relationship with Epstein after his conviction.’

A spokesman for Sir Richard said: ‘Any contact Richard and Joan Branson had with Epstein occurred on only a handful of occasions over 12 years ago and was limited to group or business settings, such as a charity tennis event.

‘When Epstein offered a charitable donation, the Bransons asked their team to conduct due diligence before accepting the donation, which uncovered serious allegations. As a result, Virgin Unite did not accept the donation and Richard and Joan decided not to meet or speak to Epstein again.

‘If they had the full picture and the information there would be no contact at all. ‘Richard believes that Epstein’s actions were disgusting and supports the right to justice for his many victims.’

The spokesman added that the use of the word ‘harem’ to describe the three women traveling with Epstein was a term ‘sadly repeated’ by the billionaire financier without Branson knowing the ‘full facts’ of Epstein’s crimes.

A spokesman for Mr Gates said: ‘The allegations are absolutely ridiculous and completely false.’

The newly released files contain more than 2,000 videos and 180,000 images with ‘extensive redactions’ to protect the identities of Epstein’s victims who died in 2019.

However, some are ‘angry’ that their names are not fully concealed. Brad Edwards, who represents dozens of Epstein victims, said the Justice Department was ‘violating the trust, privacy and rights of more victims than ever before.’
