Youth’s death in road rage: mother seeks cancellation of bail granted to CISF personnel

After a alleged road anger, on May 14, the two central central central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel near Cochin International Airport approached the Supreme Court of Kerala, who wanted to cancel the 31 -year -old Mohan Kumar, who was lined up as the second defendant in the case.
Additional Sessions Court claimed that the guarantee order given by Ernakulam was illegal, the sacrifice Ivin Jijo’s mother Rose Mary Jijo said that her son was only physically attacked during the conflict, but also shot by a car driven by Vinaya Kumar Das.
The second defendant actively supported the action, and both realized that their actions could cause death or serious physical damage to young people, and therefore there were not only passengers in the vehicle. The CISF staff were aware of the consequences of their actions.
CISF personnel, who were affiliated to the air security group at the airport, were sent back to the aluva subcontractor after the incident.
