YSRC Neglected CM Relief Fund: Atchannaidu

Visakhapatnam: Agriculture Minister Kinjarapu Atchannaidu criticized the previous YSRC government for neglecting the Prime Minister Charity Fund (CMRF). He claimed that the fund aimed at helping individuals who faced financial difficulties due to medical emergency situations did not reach what they need.

However, the minister admitted that the current government has allocated approximately 400 Crore throughout the state within the scope of CMRF.

During an event in Nimada Office on Saturday, the minister distributed a total of 23,44,463 shootings to 18 beneficiaries. To date, 81 people have received a total of 1.3 Crore help from the fund. “The Prime Minister’s charity fund aims to serve as a life line for families loaded with high medical costs. It should be used effectively to help those in need,” he said. Narasannanet Mla Baggu Ramanamurthy and other local leaders were present at the event.
