Zee sues Blinkit over alleged copyright infringement, Delhi HC issues summons

In the lawsuit filed against Nykaa on April 3, Zee alleged that the fashion retailer used its copyrighted music in 12 promotional Instagram reels to market merchandise. Zee argued that its music license on Meta only covers personal, non-commercial user content. Nykaa requested that Meta Platforms be included as a party in the case and asked the court to refer the dispute to mediation.
