A 19-year-old woman died after falling out of a car window on an Oklahoma highway over the weekend.
Late Saturday night, April 4, a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Mylie R. Campbell was traveling northbound on Interstate 35 in Murray County with five passengers, NBC affiliate KTEN and member of CBS KXII reported.
Just before 11:30 p.m. local time, the vehicle was near the 50-mile mark when one of the passengers sat on the front passenger window with part of his body outside the window. He crashed onto the roadway and was killed after being struck by multiple vehicles, retail locations and FOX affiliates COCH reported.

The victim, later identified as 19-year-old Lani Hicks of Ardmore, Oklahoma, died from her injuries, according to media reports.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Oklahoma Office of the Chief Medical Examiner did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for more information.
One GoFundMe On a page set up to cover funeral expenses, organizer Reece Riggle described the accident as “tragic”.
“Lani had a vibrant personality that brought joy to everyone around her,” wrote Riggle, who did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment. “His sudden death left his family and friends deeply saddened and the loss deeply felt throughout the community.”
He added that funeral expenses were “very high” and that’s why he set up the fundraiser.
