Senior Co-op staff complain of ‘toxic’ culture at the top

A spokesperson for the co-operative told the BBC: “As a co-operative, our culture ensures that the views of leaders and colleagues across our food and wider business areas are heard in decision-making processes, whilst also recognizing that where a wide range of views are expressed, not everyone will always agree with the final decisions and actions taken.”
