25 Men Held, Three Girls Rescued

Vijayawada: Up to 25 men were arrested and three women were rescued by the police at Ghatavarigudem Nallajarla Mandal in the Eastern Godavari region on Tuesday night with the accusations they were involved in the consumption of obscene dance and liquor.

According to the Nallajarla police, a man presented a birthday party at a private farm house on Tuesday night. However, the liquor provided and invited three girls to dance to entertain the guests. Based on a circuit, the police raided the farm house and arrested 25 people and sent them to the judicial arrest and saved three girls.

The police filed a lawsuit and the relevant provisions of the BNS, as well as immoral trafficking and investigation charges continue.
