26-year-old Hyderabad man’s death highlights rising heart risks among youth; here’s what doctors advise

He also mentioned the importance of health education in children. “Now, children do not think much about the future (health problems). They have to think that they can get problems in the third (30 years) and the fourth ten years (40 years). Physical activity should be encouraged among children. Many are now dependent on gadgets.”
Parents and teachers should educate children to encounter problems and deal with life situations.
Bhayur also said that young professionals, especially in late hours or shifts, should try to have physical activity in routines as well as exposing themselves to sun and natural light to increase immunity.
