3 Killed, 50 Injured in Stampede in Puri
Puri: A senior official, a senior official, at least three people were killed, and about 50 people were injured in a confluence near the Temple of Shree Gundicha in the Puri of Odisha on Sunday.
Puri Regional Columnist Siddhaarth S Swain, the incident was gathered near hundreds of 4 o’clock temple, he said.
He said that the wounded were admitted to a nearby hospital and that six people were critical.
The deceased was described as Premakant Mohanty and Pravati DAS from Basani Sahu and Balipatna from Bolagarh.
The bodies were sent for postmortem and the investigation continues.
