6.1 magnitude earthquake reported off the western coast of Cuba

Cuba was shaken by a 6.1 magnitude earthquake off the island’s west coast on the afternoon of Monday, June 8.

according to United States Geological SurveyThe earthquake was reported around 13:00. The 6.1 magnitude earthquake was reported at a depth of 6.2 miles, with the epicenter approximately 65 miles northwest of Mantua, Cuba.
