60 Minutes revisits outback murder of Bruce Schuler in far north Queensland

Gold researcher Bruce Schuler’s entertainment Outback murder continues to take a shadow for 13 years with new claims of a possible low justice.

In a comprehensive examination of the murder at the large Palmerville station in the Far North Queensland in 2012, 60 minutes believes that some people, including the Queensland detective, have fallen from justice of Stephen Struber and wife Dianne Wilson, who is convicted of Mr. Schuler’s murder.

Struber and Wilson, Palmerville and Mr. Schuler were nominated at the cattle station when disappeared.

A jury pulled down 48 -year -old Mr. Schuler and is now in prison.

Mr. Schuler’s body was never found, and because of Queensland’s laws of “no body, no conditional evacuation”, the former station owners seem ready to live the rest of their lives in prison.

Former Queensland detective Graeme Crowley believes that the wrong people are in jail.

“This will be one of the situations where you look at Unravels, Bakan he says on the Sunday night show.

“I believe that this should be low justice and return to the courts.”

The supporters of the convicted killers and those who believe in low justice indicate the lack of DNA evidence associated with Struber and Wilson, and Mr. Schuler’s body and murder weapons have never been found in witness statements and claimed to be claimed.

Mr. Crowley believes that Struber and Wilson did not join the place where the blood of a small amount of Mr Schuler’s blood was discovered.

“When you reveal it, the crown has no case,” he said.

Wilson and Struber continue to protect their innocence.

In a letter to Mr Schuler’s daughter Lisa, Wilson says, “I didn’t hit your father, and if I had done it, I would have said it from the beginning.”

According to the police, they killed Wilson and Struber Mr. Schuler because they were obsessed with protecting their land.

He had a reputation to scare and threaten the couple without permission in the region.

“One day there was something there was something that would happen there, Sch said Schuler’s widow.

“Someone will be hurt… They always had weapons with them and things like that.”

Wilson and Struber supporters plan to return to the appeal court to overthrow the murder conviction.

The couple’s original attractiveness was rejected.

“I just feel that I’m thrown into the intestines right now, Fion says Fiona.

“This is only ridiculous, the only way to find it is to tell us where Bruce is and we will take the rest of the evidence.”
