Great Britain fail to win gold amid worst World Championships return for 20 years

The Great Britain and North Ireland have not won the gold medal for the first time in the world athletics championships since they have provided their lowest general turns since 2005.

The GB ended the nine -day competition with a total of five medals, and managed to achieve its goals to win between only five and eight.
