Wells plans to turn a property in Somerset into a “party house” completed with a plunger pool, floor covering and pizza furnace, a beloved Women’s Institute (WI) Hall may be at the expense of fear of the locals. A London -based developer was turned into a 10 -bed holiday last year to develop an old youth hostel in the Cathedral city. A plunger pool in the designs sent for the project has been reported to have been returned to 90 degrees from the first plan, but it prevents an area used to park by the door members next to the WI.
