Cyrus Mistry’s son Firoz joins Afcons Infrastructure Board, Santosh Nayar named independent director

Firoz Cyrus Mistry, the son of Late Tata Group President Cyrus P Mistry, became a member of the Afcons Infrastructure Board, which showed an increasing participation of the new generation Shapoorji Pallonji family in the infrastructure and construction operations of the group.

Afcons infrastructure is the flagship engineering and construction company of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group.

Who is Firoz Mastry?

Nayar currently serves as an independent director in the boards of various companies in power, finance and infrastructure sectors.

Last month, the 32 -year -old Pallon Mrist, son of Shapoor Pallonji Mrist, who was previously included in the Board of Directors of Group Holding Company, joined the AfCons Council.
