For long -term unemployed young people will be guaranteed for paid work and if they refuse to buy it, they will be able to face the benefits, Rachel Reeves will announce.

In his speech of the Labor Conference, the chancellor will sue for a society established on the “contribution” while explaining the plans for a “youth guarantee” which aims to reduce unemployment.

It will also give commitment measures to finance libraries in all British primary schools and support British steel construction and shipbuilding.

And a “hit staff” of the researchers will aim to hit Covid fraudsters with a fine of up to 100% of the value of the money they defraud from the taxpayers.

It is expected to use the chancellery speech in Liverpool, to say that the British society should be built on the principles of “our duty for each other” and “hard work matches the fair award”.
