According to the government declaration, a terrorist appointment allows the Canadian authorities to freeze or seize any property, vehicle or fund owned by the group, and provides developed tools to prosecute crimes, including law enforcement officers, financing, travel and recruitment.

The Ministry of Public Safety said that it is illegal to provide property directly or indirectly, knowing that it would be used or benefited by a terrorist organization. In addition, the List of the Penal Code can be used by immigration and border officials to decide on acceptability to Canada under the Migration and Refugee Protection Law.

Who is Lawrence Bishno?
