CUET PG 2026 important dates
Online registration and application form submission will remain open between 14 December 2025 and 14 January 2026. The last date for successful payment of exam fee through credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI is 14 January 2026. The application correction window will be open from January 18 to January 20, 2026. CUET PG 2026 is planned to be held in March 2026.
Details regarding exam city promotion, admit card downloading, exam timing, provisional answer keys and result declaration will be announced later on the official website.
CUET PG 2026 application fee
The application fee for a maximum of two test papers is Rs 1,400 for General category candidates, Rs 1,200 for Gen-EWS and OBC-NCL candidates, Rs 1,100 for SC, ST and third gender candidates and Rs 1,000 for PwD/PwBD candidates. Candidates applying from outside Bharat will have to pay Rs 7,000.
The fee for each additional test paper is Rs 700 for General category candidates, Rs 600 for Gen-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, third gender and PwD categories and Rs 3,500 for non-Bharat candidates. Any applicable service or transaction fees and GST will be paid separately to the relevant bank or payment gateway.
How to apply for CUET PG 2026?
Candidates need to visit exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg and click on the CUET PG 2026 registration link. After completing the registration process, they need to log in, fill out the application form, upload the required documents, pay the exam fee and submit the form. Candidates can choose a maximum of two exam cities based on their current and permanent addresses.
NTA stated that they will try to allocate an exam center in one of the selected provinces, but candidates may be assigned to a different province due to administrative reasons.
CUET PG 2026 exam details
CUET PG 2026 will be conducted for admission to postgraduate programs in central universities and other participating institutions. The exam will be conducted for 157 subjects at centers in India and abroad. The exam duration will be 90 minutes. PwBD candidates will be provided with 20 minutes of make-up time per hour as per government guidelines.

Exam city slip, admit card download, exam center, date and shift information will be announced later. This information will be stated on the e-entry card issued by NTA.
