‘All of us broke down but our youngest daughter…’
Speaking about the youngest daughters’ reaction to the prison sentence of Dalar Mehndi, his wife Tararan Mehndi said, “She loves non -Beg dishes, but refused to eat at home because her father did not eat suitable food.” He said.

In 2018, Dalar Mehndi was convicted of human trafficking and was sentenced to two years in prison. After serving for about two months in 2022, his sentence was suspended and released. Now, in a Podcast named Bhopuwala show, Dalar’s wife, Mehndi, shared how their families had been fighting for these two months.
Talked about visiting the prison with his children, “This episode has changed many things for us. It shouldn’t have been a trauma for all of us. Everyone told me not to take our youngest daughter to Patiala.
“This was put behind the bars. After meeting him, we all broken. But our youngest daughter did not shed a single tear. Instead, ‘Is the bed page clean? Is the toilet clean?’ And Dalar Ji looked at the consciousness of this child.
