Gaza peace plan: PM Modi welcomes President Trump’s leadership amid ‘decisive’ progress in Gaza

In a statement on Saturday, October 4, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accepts Indian’s President Donald Trump for making a decisive progress.

Mr. Modi referred to the indicators of the release of Israeli hostages by Hamas and said that he had taken an important step in his efforts to recover the peace in the region.

“India will strongly support all efforts for a durable and fair peace.” He said. MCR. Trump said that Hamas said that he had accepted some elements of the plan to end the two -year war and to return all the remaining hostages taken on October 7, 2023 and to stop bombing the Gaza Strip.

Hamas said he was willing to release hostages and deliver power to other Palestinians, but other aspects of the plan required more advice between Palestinians.
