South Carolina State University is locked after shooting reports fired at Huine Suites.

“SCSU Alert: Lock campus Huine Suites after shooting. Campus police are investigating. Shm’ye Huine Suites residents who are not in a complex report. Everyone is put in Hugine Suites. Students in other residential halls, please go out of the campus.”

Around 23:00, the following statement on the school facebook page revealed:
South Carolina State University Campus is locked after a shoot. The planned home concert planned for tonight was canceled. If you are not an existing student, please do not try to come to the campus. Public security asked the state law enforcement to investigate an investigation.
