A federal judge prevented President Donald Trump from his efforts to place the national guard troops in Portland with a decision late at night on Sunday.

US Regional Judge Karin IMmergut decided that the action was illegal and unconstitutional, and ordered an emergency temporary restriction to stop the deployment of the National Guards of California. The order also prevents the use of troops from another state or Washington, DC in Oregon.

Immergut’s decision says that the action of the Trump administration violated the Federal Regulation 10 USC §12406 and Tenth Amendment.

“It seems to violate both 10 USC §12406 and the tenth change,” according to the reporting from Adam Klasfeld from Allrise News. ” He said.

Immergut also suppressed Eric Hamilton, a lawyer of the Ministry of Justice, about why Doj continued to maintain unity.

“Bringing federalized national guards from California can not be directly contrary to the Tro I published yesterday?” he asked.
“You are an officer of the court. Don’t the defendants survive my order?”

Hamilton continued to refuse to do any mistake, but IMmergut offered a defense back.

“You must have a colorful claim that Oregon conditions guarantee the use of national guards – you don’t.”

Scott Kennedy from Oregon said that he felt like a “rhetoric wait-a-mole game” and that Trump can consider sending Texas national guard troops to Chicago.

Doj representatives wanted to stay one, but Immergut rejected both his stay and the administrative delay, and there was no new fact that was a “emergency” and his request to change his previous decision.

“I take this urgently with a limited briefing,” he said. “No new information was given about the new problems in Portland.”

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) immediately went to X to boast.

“Breaks: We have just won in court – again. A federal judge Donald has prevented Trump’s attempt to place 300 national guard troops in Portland. The Court is to stop any federalization, moving or any guard members from any state of any federalization, displacement or deployment.”

The Ministry of Justice made indications that the President would object to the decisions that he had protected the authority in accordance with the Federal Law on distributing the national guard forces in case of “internal restlessness”.
