He said that the responsible real estate development does not always seek the highest dollar value and that real estate development should be a comprehensive and well -thought -out approach to a neighborhood and a community.
He said that everyone can come together, how to protect the historical building, to maintain the current use and to develop the services provided there, but this will get too many political will and money.
“A long shot, but I think it’s worth it,” he said. “I am sure that if it cannot be realized for any reason or not, we can find a way to sell it and redevelop it in a thoughtful way.”
