24 -year -old Lacy was found dead in April after police follow -up in Houston in April. His death took place only two days before the great jury hearing on the accusations of the accident in December.
The camera footage from a gas station shows that Lacy passes by cars on the two -lane highway before the accident. Ory did not object to the fact that Lacy had passed by the four cars before the accident, but the 78 -year -old Herman Hall was on the travel strip “behind 92.3 yards” and that the car was almost 73 yard behind.
The images of a soldier who intervened in the incident showed that he had landed from the soldier’s vehicle and that he was walking towards a man who driving a 18 -wheel vehicle at that time, and asking if there was still a green charger going to the north that causes all this.
Another man says Lacy was “wandering around the truck” and a woman had to leave the road to avoid a truck that hit her brakes because of Lacy’s car.
In the LSP video, “the gold truck to the north, the green charger to prevent the head -to -head collision,” he said. “When the Golden truck deviated to the right, Kia Cadenza’s driver saw the approaching Green Charger. In response to this, the Kia Cadenza driver deviated to the south and left a Kia Sorento to the north.
“As a result of the investigation, the soldiers, the driver of the gold -colored truck, high -speed approaching green charger to prevent head -to -head collision. Green Charger’s high speed rate in the surrounding and opposite vehicles, considering the high rate of reaction, the incident decreased to a great extent.”
