Man Cheats Colleagues At Mall, On The Run

Hyderabad: Vanasthalipuram police arrested Bajjuri Ramchander, 47, a resident of Dwarakamainagar in Munaganur, for duping colleagues with fake cheating schemes at a popular mall and misusing credit cards for Rs.30 lakh.
According to the complaint filed by Bukki Balakrishna, Ramchander alleged that he was operating small monetary funds among his associates. About 20 employees invested in the program and also surrendered their credit cards to manage payments. Ramchander allegedly misused the money and credit cards for personal expenses.
After collecting the money, Ramchander reportedly quit his job, vacated his house and ran away. Following the investigation into the complaint, an investigation was launched into the incident and the police detained the suspect. Ramchander was produced in court and sent to judicial custody, police said.
