Israel today refused to increase aid to Gaza after Hamas released the bodies of only eight hostages last night.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has refused to double the number of trucks to deliver much-needed supplies as anger grows over the terror group’s violations of the peace plan.
US President Donald Trump said on Truth Social last night that the job was ‘NOT DONE’, adding angrily: ‘THE DEAD WERE NOT RETURNED AS PROMISED!’
In addition to continuing deliveries at 300 trucks a day, Israel has also refused to reopen the Rafah Crossing into Egypt to allow Palestinians to come and go from the Strip.
Hamas was supposed to bring back all 28 dead, along with 20 living hostages, by noon on Monday. But while the world rejoiced that all the survivors had returned home, only four bodies were returned; All four were delivered last night.
It sparked outrage across Israel, calling on the government to react harshly to the breach of the agreement, as burying your dead is a sacred ritual in the Jewish religion.

Mr Sharabi’s wife Nira, 55, said last night: ‘We can now put an end to the nightmare that began more than two years ago and allow Yossi a respectful and loving burial in his beloved Be’eri land.’
The coroner also confirmed that the fourth body returned Monday was that of 22-year-old Captain Daniel Peretz. The South African-Israeli was captured while fighting Hamas at the Nahal Oz base and died because his wounds were not treated.
Mediators and aid agencies insisted the terror group had difficulty locating those bodies, given the level of destruction in the region after two years of war and tens of thousands of deaths.
But local broadcaster Kan reported that the Israeli government believed Hamas was deliberately holding some back out of fear that they were trying to squeeze more out of Israel.
However, an Arab diplomat involved in the talks told Israeli newspaper Haaretz that they were working on the issue and did not believe the agreement was in danger.
But the Hostage Forum, which represents the victims’ families, held an emergency meeting last night and wrote to Mr Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff. Urging him to intervene, they said: ‘We cannot rest and we know you will not rest until all the hostages are returned. We ask that you leave no stone unturned and leave no stone unturned to demand that Hamas fulfill its end of the agreement and bring all remaining hostages home.’
