Late-night host Bill Maher “does it justice” by congratulating President Donald Trump for brokering the Gaza peace deal. Speaking to viewers on HBO’s “Real Time,” Maher acknowledged that Trump accomplished something many thought might be impossible.
“I guess you’ve got to give credit where it’s due. I mean, a lot of people tried to pull it off. He pulled it off,” Maher said Friday.
Earlier this month, the White House signed an agreement between Israel and Hamas to end years of conflict in Gaza. This was a deal that Trump and his team helped broker.
