First Lifestyle All-Inclusive in UAE

Dubai: Ennismore, the world’s fastest growing lifestyle accommodation company, has signed an agreement with SO/Ras Al Khaimah, marking the brand’s first all-inclusive resort outside of Europe and the group’s first lifestyle hotel in the Emirate of the UAE. Scheduled to open later this year, the 257-room property on Al Marjan Island will blend trendy design with the dramatic desert landscapes of Ras Al Khaimah, mangroves, mountains and views of the Arabian Sea.
Inspired by local nature, the resort’s aesthetic features sunset oranges, sandy stones, deep teal oceans and greenery; light walnut wood is accented with sandstone millwork and bronze detailing for a warm, inviting feel. All sea view rooms and suites in seven categories will feature tailoring elements fused with regional culture.
Highlights curated through Ennismore’s Global F&B Platform include five venues: The Market, which offers all-day casual dining; Chiano for Mediterranean-Italian food; Hadaba for elegant Levantine dinners; Floating World for Japanese and Pan-Asian specialties; and Savant cocktail bar on the 10th floor, which offers live entertainment. Additional options include two swim-up bars, Cabini and adults-only Bungalow, and an independent beach club.
Event facilities accommodate up to 345 guests in an event hall, pre-event area and four breakout rooms. Wellness seekers can relax at the spa, which includes treatment rooms, sauna, cold plunge pool and comprehensive treatments, or take part in free fitness classes; Outdoor enthusiasts have access to seven golf courses within 11 km. With proximity to cultural sites, designer boutiques, fine restaurants, nightlife and the island’s first upcoming casino, adventure options abound, from sunrise dune walks and horseback riding to kayaking.
The signing underlines Ennismore’s move towards the all-inclusive lifestyle, strengthening a portfolio of more than 60 resorts (over 25,000 rooms) worldwide. Recent launches include Rixos Tersane Istanbul and Hyde Bodrum; Within the scope of this project, six Rixos facilities in Mexico and Egypt, Dubai and Vietnam are also being opened. SO/ Ras Al Khaimah joins the ALL Inclusive Collection, a digital platform that highlights immersive luxury from brands such as Rixos, SO/, Hyde, SLS and Swissôtel, redefining the all-inclusive concept with superior design, dining and entertainment.

According to Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), the Emirate’s tourism boom saw 1.28 million overnight visitors in 2024, driven by successes such as Rixos Bab Al Bahr and the new Rixos Al Marid; This represents a record 12% increase in revenues. Ras Al Khaimah will host 3.5 million visitors annually by 2030, strengthening its position as an all-inclusive lifestyle centre.
