Phillip Welty acquitted of indecent assault charges in ACT | The Canberra Times

Phillip Cody Welty, 40, stood trial in the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday (November 5) and was found not guilty of five counts of indecent conduct with a child under 16 and one count of capturing indecent visual data of another person by breach of privacy.
