SoftBank’s Ampere Deal Now Faces a More In-Depth Review by FTC

(Bloomberg) – Softbank Group Corp.’s acquisition of semiconductor designer Amputing LLC is a potentially long problem by the US government.

The Federal Trade Commission, one of the two regulators in charge of reviewing the agreements, launched an in -depth investigation into the infection, known as a second request for a second information for a second information about the process, according to people who know the issue not to be defined because it is not yet public.
