Major clue Prince William and Princess Kate won’t leave Forest Lodge | Royal | News

A search of William and Kate’s new postcode states: “No home sales have been reported to the Land Registry in this postcode since 1 January 1995”.

It was stated that although there are 185 different housing types in this basin, including detached houses, terrace houses and apartments, no sales have been made for 30 years.

Although the royal couple do not own the property and are renting it from the Crown Estate, it looks like they could still commit to a long-term lease.

When discussing William and Kate, HELLO‘s Danielle Stacey said: “The Prince and Princess of Wales love living in Windsor, with the children being placed at nearby Lambrook School and they will still be close to Windsor Castle for royal duties and engagements.

“Moving to Forest Lodge gives the family more space and is already seen as their ‘forever home’ rather than the children growing up within the walls of a palace.”

The Georgian mansion and its 150-acre surroundings were cordoned off to ensure the family’s safety and privacy.

Ahead of their move earlier this month, a source said: Daily Mail: “It is hoped that they will be in their new home in time for Bonfire Night. This will be a fun start for the children.”
