Today, there are more countries attracting the attention of Americans with “golden” visa offers, while successful ones offer even more opportunities.
New Zealand recently relaxed its rules to attract high-income individuals to its “golden” visa programs. The changes include removing the English language requirement and easing the amount of time people have to spend there.
The country is currently rolling out a Business Investor Work Visa program that offers individuals the opportunity to live and work in New Zealand by investing and running a business there, offering the potential for permanent residence.

Applications from US citizens for the country’s Active Investor Plus Visa have increased by 72% since July, according to New Zealand’s immigration data.
Mischa Mannix-Opie, director of customer experience at Greener Pastures New Zealand, said: residence by investment and lifestyle consulting firm told Fox News Digital that it is seeing a significant amount of demand for “golden” visas from Americans.

“The Business Investor Work Visa has been announced, which we expect to attract interest as it represents another opportunity for people wishing to obtain a residence permit in New Zealand,” Mannix-Opie said.
“The changing political environment in the United States affects many things high net worth individuals “We are re-evaluating their long-term plans,” he added.
Mannix-Opie also said, “New Zealand offers a safe, stable alternative with an outstanding quality of life, stunning natural landscapes and culture that make it an ideal place to start a new chapter and provide them and their families with options for the future.” he said.

Stuart Nash, New Zealand’s former economic development minister and co-founder of Nash Kelly Global, previously told Fox News Digital that visas are becoming more popular.

“There’s a war going on in Europe, there’s the tinderbox in the Middle East,” he said. “There is a change in the US administration that is causing more polarization than we have seen in a long time.”

“There are a lot of Americans who want to settle in New Zealand, which we see as an oasis at the bottom of the world,” he added.

Nash noted New Zealand’s “stable banking system” and lack of capital gains, wealth and death taxes.
