Chelsea’s Cole Palmer fit for Premier League game against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge

Cole Palmer is available to play for Chelsea against London rivals Arsenal in the Premier League match to be played at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

The 23-year-old striker broke his toe when he crashed into a door last week and subsequently missed wins over Burnley and Barcelona.

The England international has struggled with injuries this season and has made just five appearances in all competitions.

“He’s ready to go,” Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca said.

“Everyone is happy, his teammates are happy, we are all happy and most importantly Cole is happy because a football player wants to play and train every day.

“He is our best player, we are happy to have him back. We have to give him time to be 100% fit. He has done great things in the past and there is no doubt that he will do great things for this club in the future.”
