The main international airport in Prague – Václav HAVEL Airport – is reported to be not affected by the power outage.

Martin Kupka, Minister of Transportation of the Czech Republic, published on social media to ask the passengers to stay calm.

He said: “I ask all passengers about their understanding and patience.

“Energy employees are trying to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

“Prague airport was not affected by the power outage.

“Highway tunnels are also operating.”
