Kelsey Grammer calls Trump ‘one of the greatest presidents we’ve had’

Kelsey Grammer thinks President Donald Trump is “one of the greatest presidents we’ve ever had.”
Earlier Saturday, Trump presented the 2025 Kennedy Center honorees with their medals in the Oval Office. Following the ceremony, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kennedy Center Medal of Honor presentation dinner was held.
This year’s honorees include Sylvester Stallone, Gloria Gaynor and George Strait, Michael Crawford and members of KISS.

Speaking to Fox News Digital before the dinner, Grammer, accompanied by his daughter Faith, described Trump as “phenomenal.”

“I think he’s outstanding. He’s one of the greatest presidents we’ve ever had. Maybe the best. There are still some things he wants to do, and I think that’s great, but there was a big hill to climb,” Grammer said.
“I think he’s extraordinary. He’s one of the best presidents we’ve ever had. Maybe the best.”
“And we came across some very interesting things,” he concluded.
The “Cheers” star also touched on Stallone being honored at this year’s ceremony, saying he was “overjoyed” about it.

“I was on the selection committee, so I knew that,” he added. “He is a force of nature. Sylvester Stallone captured our imagination in many different roles and portrayed them beautifully.”
Grammer said “it’s about time” Stallone was honored.

Strait spoke to Fox News Digital on the red carpet and called it “a huge honor” to be recognized by the Kennedy Center Honors.

During the Oval Office ceremony, Trump called the honorees “incredible people” who represented “the best of American art and culture.”
“I know many of them and I’m a fan of them all,” Trump said, according to the Associated Press.
Trump continued: “This is a group of icons whose work and accomplishments have inspired, uplifted and united millions of Americans. This is perhaps the most accomplished and celebrated class of Kennedy Center Honorees ever assembled.”

During the ceremony, Trump presented each award recipient with a gift from jeweler Tiffany & Co. He appointed a newly designed medal donated and created by.

It is a gold disc with the Kennedy Center’s image and signature rainbow colors engraved on one side. The honoree’s name and ceremony date appear on the reverse.

The medallion hangs from a dark blue ribbon that rests on the honoree’s shoulders and chest, replacing the original large rainbow ribbon adorned with three gold plates that had been used since the first Honors program in 1978.
