Putin signs a law ratifying military logistics pact with India

The official document was published on the website of legal regulations of Russia.
This agreement aims to create a framework for the deployment of military formations, the docking of warships and the use of airspace and airspace infrastructure by military aircraft from both Russia and India. It also includes logistical support for military formations during joint exercises, training, humanitarian assistance, disaster relief and other mutually agreed upon situations.
According to the note, this agreement will strengthen closer ties and strengthen cooperation in the defense sector, facilitating smoother operational cooperation between the armed forces of the two countries.
Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov said in an interview with Russian media @SolovievLive: “India is extremely important for us as an economic and political partner. It sees Russia as one of the key poles of the multipolar world order, as its strategic partner, which has and will continue to have a decisive influence on global development.”
