Father’s pursuit for missing daughter heats up with new evidence in case that’s no longer cold

About twenty years after a Florida woman disappeared from the apartment building, the authorities announced a new break in a cold case that could take a new breath.
24 -year -old Jennifer Kesse disappeared from the Orlando condemnation complex after leaving for work on the morning of January 24, 2006, and forced both the state and the federal inspectors while competing to capture the kidnappers.
“I got a call from his work,” Jennifer’s father, Drew Kesse, told Fox News Digital, “About an hour and a half of the working day.” “And they said, ‘Hey, Jennifer held a meeting this morning, not like him. Do you know where he was?’

Kesse and his wife Joyce quickly made a two -hour driving from their homes to Orlando, where they found their daughters’ apartment empty with a few outfit options placed on the bed.

Parents immediately called the Orlando Police Department to report that Jennifer was missing.
Kesse said, “They looked around his apartment, shrugged his shoulders and said, ‘He probably fought with his boyfriend, he will come back.” He said. “They went out. And that was Jennifer’s last chance.”
More than a decade, after a period of time, the family filed a lawsuit against the office of Orlando, OPD and the mayor’s office and requested documents about the disappearance of Kesse and the search.

OPD did not respond immediately to the request of Fox News Digital, the city of Orlando and Mayor Fox News.

In November 2022, the Florida Ministry of Law Enforcement (FDLE) took over the case, and at the end of any clue about the disappearance of Kesse, it became cold.
When Kesse gets a call from FDLE that researchers received new DNA proofs and using a list compiled by Kesse’s team, narrowing the interested people.
