Rodrigo Mora – midfielder/winger, FC Porto

The 18-year-old Portuguese midfielder performed impressively last year. He scored and assisted on his first start for Porto and became the youngest European goalscorer in the competition’s history when he scored against Al-Ahly in the Club World Cup last summer.
Kees Smit – midfielder, AZ Alkmaar

Joane Gadou – defender, RB Salzburg

Gadou may only be 18 years old, but at 1.80m tall, he already makes an imposing presence at centre-back. He has featured regularly in both the Austrian top-flight league and the Europa League this season.
