Police investigate man’s mysterious death in Geelong

A mysterious death in Victoria has prompted a police investigation after a man’s body was found inside a home.

The 41-year-old Geelong man was found at a house on Robin Ave in Norlane at about 5.30pm on Thursday.

Police said the man took himself to the hospital on Monday “for injuries that appeared to be related to the attack”; but later discharged himself.

“The exact circumstances surrounding the death have not yet been determined and the investigation is ongoing,” police said in a statement.
