Video shows Nicolas Maduro in handcuffs as he faces charges, watch viral video

Trump expressed distrust of former Venezuelan National Assembly Member of Parliament Maria Corina Machado and suggested she would partner with Maduro loyalist Delcy Rodriguez instead.
The USA published a video of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, who was caught in handcuffs, staging a ‘Perpetrator March’ while he was being detained.
According to CNN, Maduro will be transferred to the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in New York City.
MDC has been described as “disgusting” with “horrible” conditions and is known for its squalid conditions, chronic understaffing, prisoner violence and power outages.
The prison was built in the 1990s to combat overcrowding in prisons. The facility has housed the likes of singer R Kelly, “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli, socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, one-time cryptocurrency genius Sam Bankman-Fried and music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. Suspected cartel leader Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada Garcia was also held there while awaiting trial on murder and drug trafficking charges, according to CNN.

Hours after the kidnapping of Maduro and his wife, the Venezuelan opposition was seen celebrating.
Trump expressed distrust of former Venezuelan National Assembly Member of Parliament Maria Corina Machado and suggested she would partner with Maduro loyalist Delcy Rodriguez instead.
Machado had called for the immediate appointment of Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia as president. Most Western governments see Gonzalez as the legitimate winner of Venezuela’s disputed presidential elections in 2024, CNN reported.
At the press conference, Trump was asked whether Machado would take part in the post-Maduro government. Trump said he had not been in contact with her and that although Machado was a “very fine woman,” she “didn’t have the support or respect within the country” to lead Venezuela.
Meanwhile, the Venezuelan Supreme Court ordered Vice President Delcy Rodriguez to assume the powers and duties of acting president after the United States impeached Nicolas Maduro. The decision was announced on Saturday night local time, concluding that it was “materially and temporarily impossible for Maduro to fulfill his duties.”
