More than twenty years ago, he worked in Roda, first at the weekend reporter, then in the morning anchor, and finally leading the station’s evening news broadcasts. Roda finally came out of Sun City and covered stories in Southwest, including Albuquerque and Las Vegas.
Rodda left the news industry when the Governor of New Mexico was appointed to direct public affairs in the state’s correction department.
Despite his successful career in government relations, his passion for the news industry remained.

While developing a journalist career, Rodda said that he had gathered behind his family and helped him raise his young children, who were currently 21, 22 and 26 years old. He finally returned to the Çapa table with his strong belief.
“I have a very strong belief in the Lord Jesus Christ.” He said. “So I always know that in my life, whatever his will, he guides my steps. He’s directing me to KTSM right now and I’m really satisfied.”
