Millions of mobile phones will receive an emergency warning and the government will play a high siren sound because it tested a system designed to warn the disaster, terrorist attacks or war of war. The warning will come when the phones will tremble at 15:00 on Sunday, September 7, play a noise for about ten seconds and display a message.
