Dropped from official holiday calendar by L-G, ruling NC starts preparations for ‘Martyrs Day’ in Srinagar

The ruling National Conference (NC) held a special meeting on Monday, July 7 in Srinagar, the wife of the party founder Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah, Begum Akbar Jehan Abdullah and on July 13 to review the preparations for the ‘Martyrs Day’.
Preparations gained importance because J & K Teğmen Governor Manoj Sinha ended the Central J & K in 2019 after terminating the special constitutional status of the government ‘Martyrs’ Day’ from the government’s public holiday calendar.
“The Party Headquarters Nawa-e-Subha convened in a review meeting to evaluate the ongoing regulations for the annual observation of Martyrs’ Day on 13 July, Madar-e-Maharban Begum Jehan Abdullah (on 11 July) in Srinagar.
Mr. Sagar, the party squad, the Dogra rule against the rebellion of 22 indigenous people buried in the Naksband Sahibi grave in the grave of a special prayer ceremony directed to organize.
The best J & K government officials, including the governor at the time, would join the regional parties in paying tribute to those killed by the soldiers of Dogra Monarch in Kashmir in 1931. However, after 2019, there is no official ceremony in the cemetery of those killed in 1931.
Regional parties have a request for re -merger in the J & K holiday calendar on July 13th. The ruling NC defended the inclusion, but failed to do so because of the special forces given to LG in the Union Zone (UT).
Altaf Bukhari, President of the J&B Apni Party, said, “The government should declare July 13 as a newspaper in memory of the martyrs of 1931.
“This government is in danger because only low performance and inability to fulfill the promises given to the public. Otherwise, it has a strong task for a five -year period,” he added.
